Hello Everyone!

So i decided to start a new series where i review vegan food i find in the different grocery stores that i go to. I haven't found any blog like that where they review vegan food from ordinary grocery stores.

For this first episode i am reviewing my favorite vegan junk food from back in the day when i lived in The Philippines.  I used to always eat this especially when i was sick or felt sad. Such a yummy comfort food.

I stumbled across this while i was looking in a mini grocery pinoy store in Copenhagen called "Gulay at prutas". I was so excited to be reunited! I haven't eaten this since 5-6 years ago.

Definitely recommend you squeeze some lemon or calamansi on top. This will make the noodles taste even more amazing!

It's so cool that this is vegan, because it tastes like Chicken! SO yummy!!

Sadly it's not gluten free, so i really shouldn't be eating this, since i'm sensitive to gluten. But i just had to taste it again, and it tastes amazing still! But i'm not buying it again, not worth the rashes.

But if you are not gluten sensitive then i highly recommend this pansit canton to you. Also check out Prutas at Gulay in Copenhagen near Tivoli. They have tons of Filipino food.

Thanks for reading!

Copycat Cooking ep 15: Dill & Red Onion Salad Dressing

Edited on: Picmonkey.com
Camera: Canon EOS 600D
Time to make this: 45 minutes

Hello fellow blogger friends!

I started off by making a simple salad consisting of spinach, parsley, bell peppers & salt.

I didn't have any pepper which was sad. I think pepper would fit perfectly.

I love the sourness and the sweetness. Super yummy and really easy.

Try the recipe out, you will love it!
